Our Promise 🤝

That's all fine & dandy, but what does it tangibly mean?

• We focus on understanding the problem first then finding the right solution/software for it, not the other way around; the best solution is always no-code
• We don't have any quotas to hit or contracts to appease, we will use free open-source software (FOSS) where possible to protect your privacy & keep technology accessible to those who need it most
• No gatekeeping: we want to solve problems not build dependency issues; we believe in up-skilling, and we'll guide you every step of the way so that you're in control; we want to see you succeed without us
• We know there's no one-size-fits-all solution and will always offer multiple options with clear pros & cons, plus our 2c, but the choice is always yours!
• Self-hosting (running your own server) is preferred where possible: this solves majority of the privacy/tracking issue, adds flexibility and ultimately puts you in control of your data
• For on-premise (home/office) setups, we prefer repurposing old capable hardware which is better for the planet but also easier on the wallet, while boosting the circular economy within our community
• We reserve the right to work only with those that share values in alignment with ours; technology must always have a net positive impact on everyone involved – if it doesn't, then we won't build it, simple as that

Andrew Salib – Tech Wizard 🧙‍♂️

I've never allowed labels to limit me or where I invest my skills, you can think of me as a 'jack-of-all-trades' for all things tech.

I've grown up with technology all my life, from playing Nanosaur on the eMac, to wiring Ethernet cables; I've recently quit my 9-to-5 as well with nearly 10-yrs of software engineering experience, but I don't think of myself as a 'dev'.

I meddle in a bit of everything, so if it's tech-related there's a good chance that I can help, and if I can't.. I will let you know, that's the other thing: I tend to be brutally honest, for better or worse!

I value community/family & ethics above all else, which is why I quit working for big tech & decided to start my own adventure.

I do it for the love of the craft & to empower others, money is just something to get by; and ultimately, all we need is each other. ❤️‍🔥
